The same old story….rotten. Green mold in every package.

Rotten and no longer allowed to return. If I had known of the policy shift in returns I would not have ordered from target.

I love these Apple slices, but every time I order them, I get a message that they are now out of stock. Here’s a thought, increase the inventory! This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered these Apple slices and then received an email telling me they are out of stock.

My super picky teens love these and .y target can't seem to keep them in stock on the shelf. Surprised by the other comments.

I placed order on 9/10 and received apples that were expired on 8/31. All the apples were rotten. I’m assuming most people purchase this item for their children. This is unacceptable!!

So these taste great and all, however they turn brown so quickly. I have now purchased these 3 different times and they have disappointed me all 3 times. I put a package in my childs lunch and she gets upset every single time, because they have turned brown by her 11 am lunch time. They do not last long even when the expiration date if a ways off.

The apples were brown and mushy. Each bag had liquid from how bad they were.

Apples were spoiled days before printed expiration date

The individual packages had a use by date that was 2 weeks prior to the date I purchased them.....

The product is expired target lately is not as good as before I being having too much negative things from this store lately

The apples themselves are pretty good. Some reviews mentioned getting browned apples, but I haven’t had that problem despite doing drive-up orders. They taste better than some other pre-packaged slices. The packaging has some issues, though. The packs are tiny, so you’ll probably be eating more than one at a time unless you are a very very very small child, which I know you are not because you’re capable of reading this on the internet. Each pack is individually wrapped in plastic, and a handful of packs are in each carton. All of this adds up to a lot of single-use plastic waste. If they made the packs bigger and replaced the hard cartons with soft bags, that would avoid quite a bit of the plastic problem. Because the packs are so small and you’re buying a lot of packaging, you ultimately don’t get a good deal for the money. I’ll keep buying these when I simply don’t have the bandwidth for something less convenient, but I won’t be happy about it, and I’ll probably mostly stick to when there’s a sale.

Mushy brown and even moldy

Did a pick up order and received expired brown mushy apples. Make sure to check the date on these.

Don’t buy unless you pick them out yourself. I ordered them for drive up and when I checked (target has a habit of filling orders with rotten produce), they were a week expired and brown inside. Gross!
