Taste, crispness, packaged well to preserve freshness. But for me, the best part is that they are as healthy as crackers come. No wheat flour, multiple seeds for flavor and texture, no bad fats, in fact almost no fat at all! (they are baked) They are just right for dipping (don't break easily) and topping as hors doevres. You will like them!

I was really pleased with he garlic flavor, usually garlic flavored things are too strong and leave that taste in your mouth the rest of the day. These crackers has a nice subtle garlic flavor but still strong enough to distinguish. As far as texture, rice crackers are just too crunchy and not flakey enough for me but I guess that's the way they are intended to be.
