Adorable doll but only made noise for about 20 seconds then stopped working. Tried replacing the batteries and that didn’t help. Also leaks tears constantly so just doesn’t work like it’s supposed to. We may keep it just as a doll but it’s super disappointing to have nothing work on it.

my daughter got this for Christmas and I put water in it 2 times from when she just opened it and now it doesn't want to cry anymore. I'm only rating it a 4 because of that but overall it's excellent.

We went on a short trip and it kept my daughter entertained hours on end and she absolutely loves it. She didn’t like the name Hannah so ended up naming her something else, but she’s a wonderful baby!

Overall it's a good quality doll and I love the details of the doll like the bows and the fluffy rainbow coat, rainbow hair and dress and it's very entertaining to place with.

After finally working out how to fill the water tank so Hannah can cry real tears, I really should read instructions, my little one was overjoyed to play with this doll and it has now become her new best friend that she wants to take everywhere. Ok so when the dummy is out it gets a tad bit annoying for me but watching my daughter play and seeing her imagination come to life is such a joy. She loves playing with Hannah's hair to, this doll has about 10 different sounds. It's not a toy that she has got bored with yet, so is getting its use, win win in my opinion.

The doll is easy to fill up with a soft opening to the back of her head where you unscrew the top and fill with a small amount of water, this enables her to produce tears when she’s crying. You can then give her the dummy and she will stop. My little girl is 7, she loves the baby sounds Hannah makes and soothing her until she’s settled. It’s a great role play doll that also fits nicely in a little stroller.
