A: CG Roxane is always attentive about providing our customers a high quality spring water bottled at the source in a convenient bottle. We had some challenges with our supply chains these past few years and ran out of handles. Then we decided to remove the handles entirely in order to save plastic. We know that can change a lot in your day-to-day life if you've been using the handle. Our research and development team is researching improvements on the manipulation gestures of our gallons.

I find it absolutely wild when people say all water tastes the same. Clearly haven’t had nice, cold spring water. This brand is the real deal. It elevates your water drinking & coffee brewing experience and helps you experience true hydration. A kind of hydration you just can’t experience with purified water.

However, I no longer buy this because there are no handles on the bottles. Very hard to carry very far. I am a senior citizen and loved how easy it was to carry. I am sure I am not the only senior who is looking elsewhere. Bring back the handles!
