We bought this watch twice. First one lasted 3 weeks, the second lasted 10 months. Both ended up not being able to charge/turn on. It’s a shame because when the watch works, it’s actually a pretty nice watch.

For the past five years, we've relied on Garmin watches for our kids. Now that my son is 11 and entering middle school, we decided it was time for an upgrade. Our only issue is with the watch buckle—it's easy for adults, but for a kid, it's a bit tricky to manage. Like learning to button things, mastering a clasp like this takes time.

My 13-year-old son is absolutely thrilled with his new watch. He loves the features, and it fits him perfectly. Compared to his previous watch, it's much more comfortable and enjoyable to wear. Adding a screen protector was a smart move to keep it scratch-free. In terms of battery life, it lasts a few days after each charge, which is convenient. However, around the 7-month mark, it unexpectedly stopped charging. Fortunately, after contacting the company, they quickly confirmed it wasn't just in a sleeping state. They promptly provided a return label and are sending a replacement watch. Exceptional customer service!

My son wore it on Christmas Day for a few hours. Loved it. Placed it on the charger that night and won’t turn back on. Missed the 30 day return policy (didn’t realize it was shipped by a 3rd party so the return policy is only 30 days vs 90). Target won’t make a 1 time exception which is extremely disappointing.
