I loved this watch in the summer and fall, but I’m so frustrated now because it malfunctions in cold weather. Whenever the weather is below 45 degrees, the watch face freezes and my workouts stop and then are deleted.

This is the worst watch I’ve ever had! It stopped working after just 3 1/2 months of use. I’ve tried everything that was suggested and nothing worked. It just has the Cubitt symbol on the watch and won’t do anything! What a waste of time and money.

While I like the overall features and functionality of the watch, I am returning it. I have had the device for less than two weeks and I am already going to need to charge it for the third time. I reached out to support and their response was that the length of time between charges varies due to the amount of features used. Since I am using very few of the features, that doesn’t seem to be a good answer. I’m not using it for calls or texts or anything other than the basic features. I don’t even turn it on to track all of my workouts specifically. It’s too bad because the features and design are quite nice for the price. I just don’t want something that I am going to need to charge every 3 to 4 days.

I’m not sure if you have to carry your phone with this watch if anybody out there knows if you have to carry your phone with this watch or you can leave your phone at home and carry this watch without your phone I’d appreciate it

his watch is fantastic! I bought one for myself and another for my husband, and we're both thrilled with them. The price is unbeatable, yet the quality is comparable to pricier smartwatches. I'm amazed at how long the battery lasts - over a week! The case and strap are of impressive quality, and the design exudes an expensive vibe. It's definitely a great purchase!
