I waited 15 days for the item to be shipped, and when I contacted my supervisor at Target, he assured me that I would get the item because he would vouch for it! I believe that Target will help me to protect my rights, but in fact, he did not keep his promise, and at the same time, he is actually fulfilling the lie to deceive consumers, lying that the product is out of stock, but the real fact is that the product is restored to the high price before the sale and sold normally, at this point I feel very angry about Target's inaction, and at the same time, I feel very angry about Target's inaction. I will be filing a complaint against the seller and will need them to come up with a realistic plan to make up for my loss. I want to say that today they can do this to me, tomorrow they can do it to every consumer for any reason!

Still one of the best rice cookers out there after 4 years. We make rice almost daily, and this rice cooker hasn't had any issues whatsoever. The rice still tastes as good as when it was new. We recently changed the rubber packing and ordered a new inner pot. This model is still one of the top tier even though it has been a few years.

I have using cuckoo rice cookers for 28 years but this one has the best designs and best functions and makes rice better than all the other previous products. Also, it very good with all types of rice such as multi grain rice and beans with rice and regular white rice.

Where is my earlier review? I gave it one star because this rice cooker's inner pot starting to peel off. It is not even a year since I purchased. This is my third cuckoo rice cookers so I know how to treat the inner pot already. I extra gently cared with caution BUT it keeps peeling off.

I bought this for cooking brown rice for my diet and it is doing great job. The brown rice tastes very soft like white rice. All my older neighbors astonished when I said it is brown rice. As long as you change the rubber ring every 6month this rice cooker will live longevity. Enjoy healthy cooking for your family.
