Likes: As described, lightweight, whistles, easy to open without getting burned, looks nice. I've had this several months and accidentally kept it on the hot stove without water in it for a minute. This is user error, so not a product defect, but the the bottom is coated or painted black just like the sides, and now that is.coming off and left a terrible smell. Going forward, I will purchase tea kettle without a coating on the bottom.

This is a huge tea kettle with a 2 quart capacity. The water heats incredibly fast and the whistling can't be ignored. However, the first time I used it, it barely whistled due to the lid not being on tight.

I have this version and I really like this stainless steel kettle by Cuisinart. Very nicely styled. Spout and handle placement is great. The handle doesn't get overly hot. Nice whistle. Good size! It's not heavy at all but it feels sturdy n well made. Not flimsy.
