A: Thank you for your inquiry. Currently, the only line of cookware which is 18/10 stainless is the French Classic. All other current stainless-steel cookware is 18/0 which is also called Premium Stainless Steel. This means that neither performance, quality, nor appearance would be compromised in anyway. My cookware set is attractive, shiny and durable. The feature I like the best is the riveted handles. No more screwed on handles to age, decay and break off. After each usage they clean up to that polished shine. You don't have to use special cooking utensils. The heat is evenly distributed, you don't have to cook on high temperatures. The Cuisinart set we bought will last for years.

I removed all Teflon, special coating pots/pans, all plastic, all silicone and scoured review after review and finally chose this Cuisinart stainless steel 11 piece set and no regrets. I picked this out for my Christmas gift from my husband. It had stiff competition as the cookware I was using was 45 yrs old and still performed well. I love the weight and feel of each piece. It heats evenly with the core bottom to cook foods perfectly. The only downfall I have found is the handles on some pieces get really hot. But that’s what potholders are for!! Can’t wait to add more pieces the collection.

The pans and pots are great! Highly recommend reading instructions and doing research prior to cooking unlike this rookie. I stained a few pans but now that I have the hang of things I know how to cook on the non stick pans properly.

Our skillet made a popping sound the first time we used it and several gouges or pits appeared. The metal is now defective on that pan. We had already gotten rid of all our other pans so it feels like a major inconvenience to try to send it in for warranty because what will we cook with?

I received these pans as a christmas gift. So far I have really enjoyed cooking with them. They provide nice even heat and heat up quickly. I also noticed that the handles do not get very hot to the touch. They stack really well in my cupboard and I think this set has the perfect selection of sizes and shapes. They seem good quality, although I have only used them for a few weeks.
