Q: How well does it clean up? In time does it discolor and stain or rust? Does it stay new and shiny looking after many uses?
A: Hello, Clean up should be easy as long as it is done after the pan has cooled. In order for any stainless steel to stay shiny a stainless steel cleaner would need to be used like bar keepers friend.

Q: Can you put this pan on top of the stove to make gravy?
A: Yes, absolutely! The aluminum base or layer make this cookware highly conductive and efficient for quick, even heat distribution. We recommend using a low to medium setting for most cooking.
