Roasted vegetables and potatoes really stick even with a lot of oil. Disappointed, they are otherwise a nice quality.

The sheet deforms in the oven due to heat, ~ 400F, but comes back to its original shape when cool. It deforms with a loud ‘thud’ and spills oil and contents inside the oven.
