Great santoku knife, easy to handle and par as an expensive-branded one. I sharpen this one often and it really get sharp. This is my first experience buying a really good knife at this price point. I truly like this knife.

It's a nice 7" kitchen knife that keeps a shape edge and an even weighted handle. Easy to use and easier to clean. So far so good! let's hope it maintains its durability after the first six months.

Cuts like butter and Cleans very well. If you’re looking for a small pairing knife this isn’t the one for you.

My Santoku knife got rusted so I needed a new one temporarily until I got a new knife set. This was a great price and this is a great knife. I use it when I need multiple knives but I highly recommend.

I ordered this and a few other knives for drive-up and this one was rusting on the handle. See photo. I'm worried the others I bought will rust...

As expected from Cuisinart, their knives are better quality compared to many on the market, and they’re budgetary.

What is the point of the indentations? See three photos attached. It's a very clean smooth sharp knife. But I removed two stars because I feel those indentation on the knife acts as suction cups rather than a measure to prevent things from sticking to the knife. These divots are not deep enough to prevent stuff from sticking to the knife. I'd rather they were not there at all. If you have an intolerance for certain kinds of visuals, this will annoy you or gross you out to see certain food items sticking the knife this way. Nonetheless, I still recommend the knife because it's very sharp (be VERY careful), it's good quality, and it's comfortable to hold. You rarely ever need to put your fingers near the knife to hold things while cutting. I just find it annoying and gross to have to constantly clean stuff off the knife as I'm cutting up things, and knowing these indentations are there makes it even more weird because it doesn't serve it's intended purpose on the knife.

I bought this knife as I've been wanting a Santoku style knife for a while. Since this was only $10 it was a perfect one to test out. It is very sharp out of the "box" and I managed to nick myself with it, which I have only done a couple of times in my 62 years ;) I cut up 3 pounds of potatoes with it tonight and it was like cutting butter! Definitely worth the money!

Super sharp. Blade guard is a must.

Handles well. Cuts well. Would recommend for general home cooking.

My style to buy. No areas for food to get stuck. Invest in a sharpener.

I just got this knife today And I love it! I made a meal with it and from chopping to slicing to anything else this knife for the price is amazing definitely worth the money or if you can get it cheaper you got a wonderful deal either way 😁

OMG!! Best Knife Ever!! I absolutely love this knife! Sliced right through the cantalope, like it was nothing. I just used it to cut chicken and it was AMAZING! I HIGHLY recommend this knife!

me and my roommates bought a second because it keeps sharp and is easy to control if you're scared of big knives! also very easy to clean since it's all metal.
