Description
Genuine Cuisinart PuRXium Replacement Filters are to be used with the CAP-1000 Air Purification System. It contains one 4-Sided, folding combination H13 High-Grade HEPA/Active Carbon Filter that captures up to 99.9% of airborne particles 0.1 Micron or larger including bacteria and various contaminants. These combination filters have a run-time of 2,500 hours. The filters will up to 6 months based on usage. If the unit is running 12 hours per day, it will last 6 months. If the unit is running 24/7, it will last 3 months.

Filter changes can be messy and some purifiers require frequent filter changes. The one that came with the unit lasted us 6 months and we kept it going most of the day. It was easy to install this new one and removing the old one was not messy either. These are very high quality and you can tell. I would recommend this air purifier and the replacement filters to anyone.
