These trays have a good weight to it, a good size, durable and dishwasher safe! For future improvements, I wished that these trays were a little more shallow.

I always give my husband a hard time because he always forgets which he used for raw and which he can place the cooked meat on. These are a sturdy material (I’m not 100% sure what they’re made out of) but I’m not sure they could break even if we tried. Now my husband has no excuse

In the summer, that means outdoor grilling and smoking, but in winter months, we even do indoor grilling! Even if you arent into grilled foods, this prep and serve set is an awesome way to get your chow on-safely! The color coding makes it easy to remember which tray to use for raw and cooked meats & seafoods! It has little ridges to keep food from sitting in its own juices while resting, and a canal around the edge to avoid a messy spillover! They are thankfully dishwasher safe, and stack together like a puzzle, to take up no more space than a typical cutting board! I can't recommend these enough, for anyone who loves to cook!

It’s a mess-free way to transport our marinated raw-meat out to the grill and so easily switching the trays out right there at your grill, to bring it back in the house after your meal is cooked and ready to feast. It makes it convenient not making multiple trips in and out of the house, and especially ideal for folks like us with very limited placement space. Instead of cleaning multiple kitchen utensils, we just pop them in the dishwasher after use. They remain durable and highly favored in this household!
