Q: The product contains rice bran oil, which may be high in arsenic. Has the product been regularly tested for arsenic?

submitted by lisa - 2 years ago
  • A: It’s natural to be concerned about everything that you offer your baby. The truth is, arsenic occurs naturally and can be found in our soil and water, so it can get into our foods as they grow. However, the ingredients found in Culturelle® Baby products are sourced and manufactured with safety and quality as our number one priority. Culturelle® never compromises on quality and safety, so we can reassure you that Culturelle® Baby Drops, and all Culturelle® Probiotics, are safe for both you and your baby. Our products do not contain arsenic. If you have any other questions, you can email us at cs@i-healthinc.com or feel free to let us know at 1-800-722-3476. We would love to chat with you Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm, EST.

Q: I’m Breastfeeding, can I put the drops directly on my nipple?

submitted by Nycmom - 4 years ago
  • A: Hi Nycmom, I'm sorry we can not advise to put the drops directly on the nipple. We can only advise by the labeled directions and they are: Directions for 0-12 Months: Use 5 drops once a day. Dispense directly into baby's mouth, bottle or while breastfeeding. Shake before use. Before first use, replace cap with dropper and discard original cap. Washing of dropper in between use is not recommended.

submitted by jayashree - 6 years ago
  • A: Hello Jayashree, Culturelle® Baby Grow + Thrive, Probiotic + Vitamin D Drops are not intended for weight gain.
