A: Hi Nycmom, I'm sorry we can not advise to put the drops directly on the nipple. We can only advise by the labeled directions and they are: Directions for 0-12 Months: Use 5 drops once a day. Dispense directly into baby's mouth, bottle or while breastfeeding. Shake before use. Before first use, replace cap with dropper and discard original cap. Washing of dropper in between use is not recommended.

A: Hello AF, Culturelle® Baby Grow + Thrive Probiotic + Vitamin D Drops do not contain any ingredients derived from soy, eggs or dairy. The probiotics are made with ingredients to protect them during storage. One of the ingredients; maltodextrin, is sourced from non-GMO corn.

A: Hello MF, Culturelle Baby Grow + Thrive Drops may be refrigerated, but it is not necessary as they are shelf stable in their packaging. Refrigeration will not make a difference in preservation.

My 3 month old was having green stool. Our pediatrician recommended we give her these probiotic drops. I was so hesitant at first as I don’t like giving my children things I have never used myself. However, within a few days of using these, her symptoms were improved. She was no longer fussy, and her diaper problems were gone. I can’t recommend these enough to any parent who has a child with similar problems.

Probiotics are one of those things I think don’t work for everyone universally. We typically buy the pink culturelle probiotics (without the vitamin D) but they’re sold out so I bought these thinking they’d be the same…they are not. We are on day 3 of our 3 month old high pitched screaming in pain at night, clearly showing signs of an upset stomach. It only started once I started these probiotics. I have immediately stopped them. I know they probably are great for some but clearly don’t work for us. Just a heads up for other parents.

These drops were perfect for our infant. She looked forward to the baby spoon every morning and even started saying mmm! It makes me relieved knowing she is getting the probiotic and vitamin D all in one, making it easier with one application. I used these for both my babies and they have always been regular. You must squeeze out all the medicine from the dropper before sealing it tightly to avoid it separating or drying up. My only negative point is the cost. It is very expensive compared to other related products.

My 18 month old was using the powder culturelle probiotics for constipation but she’s breastfed so it was hard getting her to drink it everyday so I switched to these. It’s only been two days but so far so good. I do wish it was more of a clear liquid consistency like the Mary Ruth probiotics but my daughter likes it. She actually cries for more everytime I give her it. The powder culturelle really helped her constipation so I’m hoping these work the same.

My pediatrician suggested giving a probiotic to my son because he was having some stomach issues. We typically use a different brand that is mailed to us and takes about a week to arrive, so I decided to try this when I ran out on vacation because it’s a similar formulation. I was leery based on reviews so I wanted to come and give feedback. The dropper works great! A huge plus. I have only been giving 3 drops vs 5 and he has tolerated very well. No negative issues so far with this product.
