Potty training my son, poop wise, was a nightmare. He suffered with constipation and would poop every four days and it was rock solid poop or pebble poop. He refused to poop on the potty and would hide and only go in his pants. He would also scream if he tried to sit him on the potty. He was associating hard painful poops with the potty. Months and months of figuring by out what product works was exhausting. I decided to give this a try since I saw other reviews with similar problems of pooping on the potty. I give him one packet a day, with his yogurt. After a week he is completely regular with going every day or every other day and he’s going on the potty. If you’re dealing with the same issue just try this!!

These are amazing! I love that it includes fiber. However, I add these to my toddlers water bottle and it changes the color and the taste a little bit, and she can tell.

Helped my two and a half year old son poop. He recently became really constipated and was having really painful poops. We tried prune juice, that helped but getting him to drink it was a struggle. This powder is so much easier and faster! I added a packet to his water and within a hour and a half he went potty. Going to start keeping this on hand to help.

We bought this product April 4th 2024. It took about a week for it to finally kick in . I put the packet into yogurt . 1-2 a day if your little is really having hard time . Within a week he finally was able too pass a solid stool. I 100% recommend this product!

I have an extremely picky toddler so it makes it difficult to get her to consume fiber. She only drinks water or milk— no juice, so I couldn’t even get her to try apple juice or something of the sort. We dealt with constant constipation and she would be crying and waddling from discomfort. This was a game changer. We mixed this in with water and within hours, she had a bowel movement. Did another packet the following day— she pooped two more times. I can honestly say I’ve seen the first soft bowel movement from her for the first time in months just from doing a packet a day. I will recommend this to everyone with a picky eater.

This probiotic has changed the game for my kiddo. Definitely has helped his regularity. Highly recommend. We mix ours with applesauce.

Product works well for daughter the first time we bought it. But the second time we ordered it for pick up was expired. This is for a kid so this was concerning. Please be sure to check dates when purchasing/before using.

I got this because of recomandation of my daughter doctor! Because I used the pill once and my daughter got very bad constipation! Helpful for keeping your kid regular.

I thought a multivitamin/ prebiotic vitamin gummy would be enough but it is not. My 4 yr old has tiny squirts all day and this helps with that issue, I do find it works best if you can make sure they eat or drink the whole thing in 1 sitting, for that reason I don't put it in water because they sip on it off and on so I put it in chocolate milk so they slam it, or yogurt. I will repurchase.

We are about 4-5 months into potty training and have yet to conquer pooping in the potty. It has been such a process so far and we have yet to really figure out how to make it click for our daughter who is 3. She pees on the big potty no questions asked but has been so hesitant about pooping since having COVID last year which has made potty training hard. She holds it in for 4-5 days at a time and is very clearly miserable. We have tried everything, including completely stopping potty training and going back into diapers. I’ll be the first to admit, I feel as if I have pretty much flunked potty training over here and would do just about anything to see my kid regular again. This product didn’t do anything at first. I tried one packet a day and didn’t see any progress. I upped it to two packets and now she poops every. single. day. When I tell you it’s been months since I’ve seen this kind of regularity, I mean we have read every article under the sun, been to the doctor, the list goes on and on. Give this a shot and be patient. Another week or two of seeing no change will be okay but just persevere and stay consistent. We tried other products which resulted in an upset stomach about 20 mins after giving it to her. This has zero adverse effects and doesn’t seem to immediately cause anything to happen either. Just seems to inspire her to poop eventually, during the day, but every day now. As for potty training, we’re hoping the regularity is the key to success over here. Potty training a kid who gives you 5-6 opportunities a month to educate them was impossible and terrifying thinking if we didn’t just let her go in a pull up she’d just keep on holding. All our fingers are crossed that this keeps her regular and we can jump back into trying!

This product has totally changed my food restricted autistic toddlers gut. He never had a solid stool his entire life and now does and goes every other day like clock work ! We’ve been using it for over a year now. Flavorless and mixes easily into any drink.

I have a toddler that simply doesn’t like to poo, so she’ll hold it for *days* This stuff has been SO awesome in making it easier for her to let it out, without it becoming “loose” like a laxative would. It acts pretty fast as well, which brings me relief that she can find relief. (Cause let me tell you, a toddler that’s been intentionally holding it for 5 days is not a happy camper) We started out using it a 2-3 times a day and now use it once a day and its been our saving grace with this situation. Super grateful to have found it!!

I was worried about my child because hasn’t had a bowel movement until I gave him this. I was really hesitant because the doctor was ordering something stronger that I didn’t want to try yet. I did my research came across this probiotic +fiber. Now his stomach doesn’t hurt and he has bowel movements. Highly recommend.

This was my own fault for not thoroughly reading the ingredients but this contains wheat. It states it’s gluten free on the app. Wanted to point that out for anyone with kids with gluten and wheat sensitivities.

I bought this product 3 weeks ago and is definitely helping since my daughter does not like any vegetables! So I will continue to use this she did notice it in her yogurt so i shake it in a thermos with a tasteful juice and she doesn’t notice much very picky so this product definitely been helping with her stomach problems I would completely recommend this one with fiber to anyone who has a child like myself that will not eat as much fiber as I would like her to

My 2 year old son had a bad case of functional constipation and was on daily miralax. Giving him this in applesauce is much easier and one packet a day is just what he needs and no more miralax.
