This gentle, fast-absorbing, milky serum is formulated with our blend of 5 clinically tested, dark spot-fighting acids and antioxidants that zero in on the appearance of discoloration, stubborn spots, and post-acne marks, while helping soothe and support your skin’s barrier.
Our Dark Spot Serum features a unique blend of brightening niacinamide and our Discoloration Fading Complex, which includes glycolic acid, tranexamic acid, kojic acid, and licorice root extract. How to use: After washing with our Gentle or Acne Cleanser, apply Dark Spot Serum evenly to the face, avoiding the eye area. If you apply the Dark Spot Serum in the morning, follow with our Everyday Sunscreen to help minimize sun sensitivity and exposure to UV rays. A: The Dark Spot Serum has clinically tested ingredients that help tackle discoloration, dark spots, and post-acne marks as well as even the appearance of skin tone and texture. That's why we recommend applying evenly all over the face and not just as a spot treatment. You may also find that the lightweight, milky texture lends itself better as an all-over facial treatment. However, it can also be used as a spot treatment if that is what you prefer.

So far so good, I added this serum along with the curology skin care I use. It’s been lighting my post ache scars. It does a slight tingle and it does say that on the label. I use a pea size amount to prevent irritation. It does have a smell however with the ingredients its normal compared to faded topical the serum is more tolerable in terms of scent and irritation. Always patch test before applying all over your face. Curology products cleared up my skin a year ago and I haven’t looked back. ❤️

I really love the fact that this serum has lighten up my blemishes due to acne. They are slowly but surely fading away with everyday use. I started to use this serum every other day for a week then after I used everyday morning w/ sunscreen. I also use this serum with the acne face wash and curology exfoliant toner. I use proactive and proactive toner at night w/ curology gel moisturizer. Works wonders for my oily acne prone skin.

I bought this because I developed hyperpigmentation during my last two pregnancy.. This is the only over the counter product I have tried that has worked. It has lightened the hyperpigmentation by two shades in about two weeks of use. I no longer need concealer and foundation to even out those areas of my skin. At night I put it on and let it dry down then I put a thin layer of Aquaphor to seal it overnight. It a game changer!!

This product really works but i feel as it doenst last long. Ive used it once a day for about a month and the pump is already acting like it about to be empty by sputtering andnot despensing alot of product with one pump. I bought this product to get rid of three very dark almost black acne marks, one that was caused by excessive picking. They had been on my face for three months and I thought they would naturally fade with time, but they didn’t. I have been using this product in the morning and at night for three weeks. My two darkest marks have faded to an unnoticeable (to others) light brown and the other is completely gone. I do think in another week or two the other marks will be gone as well. I experienced no irritation, dryness, or tingling while using this product. I still have half a bottle left, so I should finish this product up in another month. If you are someone wanting instant results, this product is not for you. For those with patience and can stay consistent, I would highly recommend. It’s a good quality product and is nicely priced.
