Q: I purchased this and it came with three rods, and I see no way of connecting the 3rd rod. Am I missing something? I think it may be a mistake in packaging?
A: Good to know! Mine is definitely not smaller. It's the same diameter as the other rods. It must be a mistake in packaging, and I'm glad to know that I'm not losing my mind. Thanks for your help!
submitted byJulie - 7 years agoA: Hi Julie! On my set one rod is smaller and feeds into the two end ones so it ends up in the middle. This way you can make it the longest possible. Hope that helps!
submitted byCarrie - 7 years agoA: Same thing happened to me! Three rods identical end piece rods, no middle extender rod.
submitted byMb2020 - 5 years agoA: Check the rods with the finials. All the rods look similar, but one of my finial rods was actually the thinner third rod. Thank goodness b/c brackets were beastly to put in!

Q: Can you have adjusted to 48"?
A: Question: Can you have adjusted to 48"? Answer: Great question, this is adjustable in length, as you like (between 36" - 66") hope this helps! - Dianida
submitted byDianida - 2 years agoTarget staff supportA: Artists: If you need 48" of rod width to span your window, then purchasing the 36"-66" rod size will best suit your needs. This rod size will adjust down to 48". Good luck with your purchase!
submitted bySatori customer service - 2 years agoBrand expertA: You can adjust the length, as you like (between 36" - 66"). It is all inclusive of rod. I hope this works for you.

Q: What is the diameter of the rod? I'm wanting to buy curtain rings but not sure how big they should be...1", 1.5", etc.

Q: Can rods from two separate packages be used to create a single rod longer than 120 inches?
A: WE DID THAT AND IT WORKED OUT WELL. THE ONLY THING IS WHERE THE TWO RODS CONNECTED WE TAPED TOGETHER SO THEY WOULD NOT COME APART. WE HAD THE RODS ACROSS AN ENTIRE WALL.
submitted byWORKED FOR US - 7 years agoA: Hi Meranda - We understand it's important to be able to cover that entire window, but this rod is not intended to extend beyond 120". Thanks for asking! - Shelly

Q: What color are the brackets?
A: They are brown. They blend in nicely with the rod itself.
submitted byPhDeanna - 8 years agoA: Hi Justme - Great question. The bracket color is a Solid Aspen Bronze finish designed to coordinate with the hardware and yet blend away. Hope it works with your decor! - Nathalie

Q: What color ring clips should I use to match these rods?
A: I would use either brass ones or oil rubbed bronze curtain clips.
submitted byErin - 8 years agoA: I used brass to match the other accents in the room, but I think oil rubbed bronze would be another good choice.

Q: Hi, 2 questions. Are the finials the round ends? And can the detached/screwed off and on? Thanks!
A: Z: Thank you for your interest in our product! Yes, the finials are the 2 decorative ends attached to each end the rod. The finials unscrew, so that they can be removed to easily add your curtains. Please feel free to connect with us on questions or comments at customerexperience@satorihomeltd.com.

Q: The 66-120" rod, can it be used without extending it at all (I do not wish to see the smaller diameter portion of the pole)? What length is the 1" diameter portion & does it include the finials?
A: TAlbert: Yes, the 66"-120" Faux Wood curtain rod can be used without extending it at all. However, the maximum width to achieve this would be 66", so please ensure this width will cover your window. For your information, all telescoping rods in the market include a smaller and larger diameter rod, so the visibility of the smaller diameter rod is unavoidable when the rod is extended. The Faux Wood 1" diameter rod includes a pair of finials, as well as the brackets and mounting hardware to complete installation. The finials are about 2.5" in diameter. The brackets are 2" high and project 4" from the wall when installed. Thank you for your interest in our product!
