We’ll, first off, I ordered a black and grey one and received 2 black ones, no big deal. I plugged in one and waited the required 2 minutes for the green light to come on to start using it, the green light never came on, waited another 2 minutes and it never came on. I then opened the second one and plugged it in and the green light came on after 2 minutes, so I tried it out and it made a decent sandwich. Looks like I’ll be sending the other one back, it was for my mother in law who was looking forward to making grilled cheese sandwiches on it
