This was really easy to throw in the crock pot and cook. It is pretty spicy, so be mindful of that. I would give it three stars, but my husband and son like the spice. Serve in corn tortillas with some guacamole and cotija, add a squeeze of lime and done. I like that they don’t add fillers and all sorts of things to the seasoning.

My family LOVES these!! So easy to make in crock pot mixed with the Good & Gather Birria Sauce and topped with chopped white onion, cilantro and squeeze of lime. Delicious and feeds a crowd!

The meat was horribly tough, to the point of being inedible. I followed directions as described on back of package. What should have been an easy “set-and-step-away” dish turned into scrambling to salvage then eventually having to trash. I wasted both food and my money in this situation.

I liked that the meat was very flavorful. I did find it a little on the saltier side so I did end up adding more water than it called for. Also nothing like some cilantro, onion, and lime wouldn’t work. Definitely would buy again.

I have no idea who made this up this is not birria at all. The taste is extremely spicy, it’s a small quantity. You’re better off just getting the birria bombs and cooking those with some beef.

I loved it although I did adjust because I felt that instructions didn’t have enough liquid and I doubled it and loved it. Made them into mini tacos with queso Oaxaca they were delicious. I loved that it was easy and quick to make in the instant pot as a mom of two young children with special needs meals like these are a blessing! Easy to make and soo good. Definitely will buy again

Overall just awful. The meat is very tough. I wasn’t necessarily expecting a good steak cut, but even after cooking according to the instructions it was very tough - full of tendons - and virtually inedible.
