Directions: Remove Product From Package Before Cooking
Saute: 1. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet on medium. Add product to skillet. 2. Cook 15-18 minutes, turning frequently to prevent burning, until fully cooked.
Grill: 1. Brush grill rack with oil or spray with nonstick cooking spray. Heat grill on medium. 2. Place product on grill and cook 14-18 minutes, turning frequently to prevent burning.
Bake: 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Place product on baking sheet. 2. Cook for 18 to 24 minutes or until fully cooked.
For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured with a food thermometer. Appliances and product thickness may vary; adjust cooking times accordingly. Do Not Microwave.
