Q: Hello- what color is the lamp Shade? Thank you
A: I just put this lamp together, the lamp is very nice but the lamp shade, unlike the pictures is very brown, especially when the lamp is lit. I'm going to return it tomorrow.

submitted byCM123 - 1 year agoA: Hi Sj123 - Thanks for asking this question. please see included image. Hope this helps. - Ella 1. Insert bottom section of pole into base, screw to tighten. 2. Working from bottom to top, connect remaining pole sections, screw to tighten. Pull excess cord through bottom of base. 3. Insert component “I” shade holder into top of pole, screw to tighten. 4. Place shade (J) on top of shade holder (I) and secure with finial (K). 5. Insert bulbs into sockets.

Q: The question really didn't get answered if you have to "put" together the shade or not?
A: No, the shade comes assembled in the box. No need to build that part.

Q: The pole that connects the lamp to the lampshade isn't lining up. Is the brown top able to screw off of that pole?

Q: Can i use incandescent bulbs in this lamp?

Q: the light bulbs are 100% visible, hanging lower than the lamp shade. Flipping it around the other way the screw top sticks out inches. Do I have a faulty lamp shade?
