Q: Is this clock silent?

A: Hi - if you get close to it you will hear the faint sound of the hands ticking, so it is not totally silent, but it is not very noticeable. Hope that helps, thank you for the question.

There had been a problem with my order in their warehouse and it was accidently canceled. When I called to inquire why I hadn't rec'd my clock; they immediately took steps to remedy the situation. After one call I rec'd my clock within 2 days. I consider that great customer service.

I love my beautiful clock. It goes perfectly with my decor. All of my friends and family ask where I got it and of course I always say Lamps Plus. I have gotten lamps as well as light fixtures from Lamps Plus and have always been extremely happy with the products. I highly recommend Lamps Plus to every one and always tell them Lamps Plus is not just a lamp store but so much more.
