Love it, flavor is great! I forgot to add the 2tbsp water/broth before microwaving but it turned out great, no soupiness that was mentioned in other reviews

It was very soupy and had a very strong unpleasant and bitter taste. I am not a very picky eater, and I had to throw it away. I was expecting to taste basil pesto, but the strong tastes were of bitter greens and sun dried tomato.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I chose to try out the Cauliflower Rice + Pesto Harvest Bowl since I read the what was in it and it sounded delicious to me. The sun dried tomatoes and cashew based basil pesto was what caught my attention. I didn't love it but I didn't hate it. I decided to follow the directions to heat it up in microwave which I added 2 tbsp of water. I wish I had broth instead because I think it would have given it a different flavor. When the food was heating up in the microwave, it had a horrible smell that my kids complain and I had to tell them it was spinach. After the smell that lingered around for a bit somewhat put me off to try it but I made myself try it out. I felt like it needed something else so I sprinkled some sea salt, white pepper and some homemade chili crisp to it since it was a little too bland for me. The texture of the food was good for me and I ended up finishing it up after I had added my seasonings to it. The food tasted clean and left me full especially since I'm watching what I'm eating. I love the concept of this product since it is organic and dairy free. Would I buy it again, probably not but I'm still open to try the other products this brand has to offer.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I was very excited to try this product as I have heard great things about Daily Harvest. I am also a huge fan of sun dried tomatoes. The product did not disappoint in taste. I can taste each ingredient as if it were fresh and none of the ingredients overwhelm the others and the ingredients maintain their texture. The instructions on the packaging were clear. My only dislike is that after following the directions there is quite a bit of liquid in the bottom of the bowl (you only add 2 tbsp of water). I can quickly get over that though because of the good flavor.
