Ordered as a gift. Item arrived so small it would not fit any adult. Not at all as pictured or described. Worst target purchase that I've made. Not a big deal except that target wanted me to return item to the store even though it was purchased online. And then when I tried to return it to store it said it was not returnable at the store... Ended up with an expensive hat that fits no one. Such a bummer.
