This review focuses on the customer service received upon receiving the wrong item ordered on line. I spoke with three representatives, the last rep was Stephanie who definitely should NOT be working in customer service ( Target plus). I explained to her that currently I’m unable to take the aforementioned merchandise into a store. As a result, she replied” well I see you’ve made several returns in April”. Ok. What does that have to with a “ third party” selling merchandise under Target have to do with me being inconvenienced to correct their error??? In the most unprofessional, uneducated, unsympathetic- dialogue on her part she ended the conversation with “ well I don’t know what else to tell you”. Before hanging up the telephone. Coward behavior! I requested a manager or another team member to speak with and was denied! Her behavior was indicative of one who knows NOTHING! I was-not surprised of her presentation. Stephanie confirmed she’s an EMPTY BARREL Making a lot of noise ! I was awe of how such an immature unskilled person seeped through the cracks- holding a position of management in the Target plus department. Stephanie you’ve definitely earned the DONKEY of the day! PATHETIC!!!

I love the velvety side just as much as the soft fuzzy plush side. It is very warm! Very warm! Perfect for those really cold nights. I woke up sweating but that’s ok! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So in love with this Sherpa Comforter Set. Wasn't expecting it to look so beautiful. The blue is like a royal rich blue. The feel of the fabric is soft to the touch and body. Underneath is the white Sherpa, fluffy and soo soft. The matching two pillow cases have the blue fabric for front of pillow and back of the pillow case has the Sherpa. Absolutely a great buy, you won't regret it. Will keep you nicely warm as well.

I would definitely recommend. Very soft. Drys pretty quickly. And the pillow shams bring the set together nicely.

It also feels so soft and is comfortable against your skin. It is also easy to wash and clean. I have used it on the guest bed so they can appreciate it.

The pillows shams are just as great as the comforter. They are so soft. I look forward getting into bed every night. It’s my safe place. It also looks great on my bed. The style works perfectly for the décor in my room. It’s machine washable. I have washed the set once a week since owning it, and it still looks great. The color and material look just as good as when I first got it. I plan on using this set year-round.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OMG! Today is the first day it's cold in Texas and this comforter couldn't be more perfect! It's silky smooth feel of the outer layer is cool to the touch whole the super fluffy inner layer warms you like your in a pile of baby kittens.

Its fits perfectly on my queen sized bed, no large amount of hangover or not enough to cover to make it look like it doesn't fit my bed. It can fit in the standard size washer and dryer with out color fading and shrinkage. I plan on purchasing more for my family.

Perfect size for the queen bed and looks great on too. The sheets are incredibly soft also, so snuggling between the sheets and the comforter you should get a great night sleep.

It’s a dark blue color and has white Sherpa lining on the bottom it also comes with two pillow case covers! The quality is excellent and so is the stitching!
