I eat mostly vegetarian and love spicy food. This was cheesy, rich and very tasty. I heated the pasta in a glass bowl (no plastics in microwave) and heated the nuggets separately. I mixed the past portion and placed the nuggets back on top, perfection! This will definitely make it into the regular rotation. Just wish the sodium were lower.

I’ve tried many buffalo macs before and this was very different and not very tasty. Maybe I just got a bad bowl but mine had an insane amount of peppers compared to the photo on the packaging. The mac did not have that buffalo taste; It simply just tasted like peppers. It was spicy, though, so I’ll give it that. The chicken was tough and rubbery but it was honestly the best part of the meal. This bowl was overall ok but definitely not what I was expecting. Probably will not purchase again.

I also love that. It has 17 g of protein in it. As far as the taste goes, I would say it was a little on the spicy side maybe a little bit too spicy. It did taste good especially the noodles. The plant based meat was a little funny tasting to me. I received an incentive to write this review.

The dish smelled good and like buffalo seasoning. The taste was spot on and had good heat to it. The pasta was large, flavorful and well cooked. Unfortunately I could not get passed the chicken taste and texture. The concept is good for those who do not eat meat. For the price this was a good value. It’s not 100% clear from the initial glance at the packaging but it is vegetarian with plant based chicken and dairy based cheese. The directions were easy to follow and it was cooked properly after the 3 and a half minutes. The portion size is adequate for a small meal and the flavor was nice. The chicken was not too spicy but had good flavor. The texture of the chicken was not too “rubbery” like some fake chicken products can get in the microwave. The cheese tasted like regular dairy cheese, my daughter didn’t know the difference! I could taste the buffalo flavor and the sauce has a nice kick to it. I like spice, but if I didn’t, I’m not sure Id be able to finish the dish, it’s pretty spicy. Overall, the flavor was great and we finished the entire bowl! The meal over all is pretty filling. It also is very quick and easy to make. The Daring Buffalo Mac and Cheese would be a great option for an easy lunch if you're at work or don't have a lot of time to make an extravagant meal. I do like that it's made with dairy cheese and plant chicken. The protein seems a lot like dark meat chicken. I like the cheese sauce, it has a smokey flavor. I'd said it's a standard buffalo sauce with a standard heat profile. I was surprised by the full flavor of the sauce and spices. The shell noodles were good and held in some sauce. I like there is real cheese in this but I would've liked a little extra (my husband thought the amount was good). The chicken had a chewy texture, cutting it up into smaller pieces and combining them with the noodles helped hide it better. I received an incentive to write this review.

For someone expecting chicken, the texture of the "meat" will be off. It is almost rubbery but for a vegetarian product I thought it was ok. This dish is fairly spicy. I had initially thought it would be good for the kids but it was way too hot and spicy for them and for me. It was nice apart from the massive kick it has and if you like spicy chilli like flavors then this is for you. The plastic film was a little difficult to remove and the portion size is pretty small.
