I started using this a year ago when my son was born I would use 1 pump into a medium wash bin to wash all the baby bottles and parts along with all of my favorite cups and mugs it I found it to be more gentle on everything vs the regular Dawn dish soap

I love just pumping the foam on my scrubber why are you discontinuing this amazing product. I already purchased the spray but it’s just doesn’t have the same strength of concentration than the foam does. Please bring it back!!!

I have been using this for a long time, but it gets harder and harder to find the refill bottles. I have the Dawn pump dispenser and want to keep using it to reduce plastic. I am very concerned about the 'use once and throw away' outlook. I boycott products if they don't make sense environmentally no matter how good they are. I like that the bottle sits on my kitchen sink is short, discreet and convenient to use. It doubles as dish soap, hand soap, spot remover for laundry, and general cleaning. I do not like the power spray because it appears t have more plastic and is cumbersome. I tried it once when I lived with my sister who has arthritus and she could not use it. The weight of the bottle, the liquid were too heavy. Out population is aging. Please pay attention to this.

I bought this to refill my original spray foam bottle. It does not foam. I read reviews and tried wiping the bottle down but it still comes out in a liquid stream rather than a foam. So disappointed!

I love this Dawn Platinum Dishwashing Foam. What I love most about it is that you can more easily use a little bit as a time as you’re washing dishes. I just put a squirt or two on my sponge and go to work. If my sponge needs more soap, the dispenser is right there and I give it another squirt. Highly recommend!

My husband bought this by accident. I glad I tried it but it doesn't work for me at all. The small spray bottle didn't spray properly right from the start, and halfway through the spray nozzle clogged in spite of my best efforts. So I tried attaching the sprayer bottle to the refill bottle and it got worse. I couldn't get it to screw on that, but it did spray better. Problem was I can't get it to screw on to the refill bottle. So if I want to finish using it, I have to hold the bottom of the bottle to keep it from falling right off the sprayer. If this is how much trouble it is to use I will never buy again.

First, we suggest making sure that the pump is turned to the "on" position. Filling passed the fill line will cause the pump to stick, so if this is what happened, we recommend wiping it down with a damp towel. As well, the pump lasts through 2 or 3 refills, so if you've refilled the pump more than 3 times, it's time to replace it. We'd also like to mention that the pump isn't intended to be attached to the refill bottle. The refill bottle is meant to be poured into the Dawn Direct/Erasing Foam bottle with the pump. Please don't discontinue this product! I don't know how I could live without it. I even wash my hands with it. It cuts grease like nothing else. I love the way it dispenses the product as foam clearly giving you a visual. It's getting harder to find refills which puts fear in my heart it is being fazed out.

I have used the Dawn Platinum Dishwashing Foam, and one refill for which you just swap out the sprayer. I bought this thinking it would save money; however, the spray does not come out in a foam, but in a wet spray, no foam, and doesn't seem to work as well as the original format. Did I just get a dud? Or is the formula not the same in the large refill?

This is the most concentrated form of dawn and the only kind I use in n my dishes. A little goes a very long way and it gets my dishes so clean no matter how greasy and grimy they were. This stuff is the best and I highly recommend.

We have an old George Foreman, which means the grilling plates do not come out to clean. I put it off as long as possible. Well, today was the day to clean it. I sprayed, Dawn Platinum powerwash on it and I only had to wipe with water. Couldn't believe how easy it cleaned up. I have used it on a number of dirty dishes and it never fails me.

I love Dawn foaming pump! I’ve been using since P&G came out w/it. I love how strong it is~cleaning greasy pots & pans and yet, it is gentle enough (esp. w/the foam) to clean delicate home decor items and my makeup brushes. Please do not discontinue and/or replace it with the new spray stuff.I not only speak for myself but for several of my members if my family and friends who are also loyal users.
