Q: I was considering buying this to remove set-in grease stains from clothing as many reviewers have mentioned, but the product description indicates it is not for use on clothing. Can I use it on clothing
A: I use it all the time on clothing grease stains. I keep a bottle in laundry room. With t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc., I spray on grease stains as soon as possible: I apply, let dry, and wash whenever.

However, we've not tested Dawn Platinum Dishwashing Foam Pump, unfortunately, we're not able to freely advise using it for that purpose. Q: Can I use the Powerwash refill in this as the direct foam refill cannot be found in Target stores or Target online. When I asked my Target store manager they told me to reach out to Dawn. So we’ve kind of gone full circle here.

Q: Can Dawn Powerwash be used with the a countertop soap dispenser?

Because Dawn Powerwash Dish Spray uses a pressurized trigger spray for semi-continuous delivery of high levels of cleaning ingredients in a foam form, using it to refill a countertop dispenser is not advised. The foam, which effectively clings to dishes and works to help loosen greasy food soils, is an essential part of this product. The formula’s design and delivery system helps to reduce the amount of time and scrubbing it typically takes to do dishes using traditional methods.

Q: I am wondering is this would be good for cleaning eyeglasses. Dawn dishwashing liquid works great for this. Is it correct that no hand softening ingredients so won't get coated with it?

Q: Did they change the ingredients/formula? It smells different and it's now less soapy and foamy. I don't mind that the scent weakened though. The formula was amazing before. What happened?

Q: What are the ingredients? There is no ingredient information listed. I am allergic to some commonly used preservatives in household cleaning products so need to check the ingredients list.
