Q: why dBest or withmor company made a shopping cart is not sturdy especially wheels they made by plastic not rubber and 4 wheels are not same size . a cart used by walking & pushing but wuality is bad

Q: I bought 2 & assembled as instructed. The back wheels on both come off & will not stay on. Any tricks to getting them to stay on?

A: Hi Chris While inserting the back wheels make sure you are pushing the clip on the wheel while inserting into the wheel axel. After the wheel is all the way in let go of the clip and pull wheel towards you. You should hear a click when you pull the wheel, this means the wheel is properly placed.

Hate to see this cart perform so badly within few times of using it. The front wheels wouldn’t click in place and keep falling off at the weight is a crate of water. Totally disappointed, considering I paid a lot.

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered this the first time and the item arrived broken with one of the wheels popped off. I ordered a replacement and guess what, the item arrived damaged again. A total waste of time and money. Would not recommend .

Very sturdy, handle, brake, side mesh and REINFORCED bottom. Big 2ftx2ft basket. Wide padded handle. Big rear wheels and love the swiveling front wheels. Purchased yesterday in-store. Filled to the brim with Goodwill donations today to carry out to the car (parked in my complex's lot) Terrific ! - all in one trip with ease. Love that the braking bar is operated by foot and allows collapsing and leaning the cart without it sliding down the wall. Easy basket locking. NO TOOLS NEEDED (pop on 4 wheels and go.)

Arrived on one wheel. OK, I found how to fix the big wheels, two, but the dental frontal ones, NO WAY. NO WAY YOU JUST PLUG IN AND IT STICKS. There s a piece missing, it s the wrong piece, instructions do not correspond, there s nothing there, only plastic wheel and a jumping rolling ring. The wheels.do not stay in with weight EITHER. First irregularity on the floor they fall. Soo.... I purchased two. It s still to be seen if I can couple them firmly enough to make one cart with big wheels. I ll have to return them otherwise! Bought online locally.

Front wheels are weak, difficult to turn, and actually buckles when there is something of weight in the cart. Had 2 cases of water in it and tried to make a couple of turns…forget it! The front wheel kept getting stuck and literally buckled as I tried to turn up a shallow ramp. Had to wind up pulling it backwards in order to make it inside.

The cart was missing parts from the start. It fell apart mid grocery trip. I salvaged the functioning parts and stripped the “new” cart of all useful parts. And tossed the broken mangled mess away. This was the most expensive replacement wheel kit EVER!

This cart exceeded expectations! It maneuvers like a dream thanks to the 360 swivel front wheels. It’s extremely comfortable to handle thanks to the higher push bar, the cushion on it is nice, although I do wonder about it’s durability, but I’m ok w holding the bare metal if it ever comes to that. Great size! I was apprehensive about letting go if my old cart because it was a very generous size and most options out there now are smaller- but this one is a great size. The reason I needed a new cart was the rubber on the wheels of my 20+ yr old cart had split, and it was a matter of time before the metal wheel damaged my floors- these wheels seem sturdy and I doubt will have the same splitting problem. Overall love it- hopeful it lasts 20yrs also!

I’ve had this cart for about 6 months and it’s been a lifesaver. Perfect solution for someone who lives alone in an apartment. I use it to take in my groceries, take out the trash, bring in heavy stuff, etc. It’s held up to heavier loads like a 40 pound box of cat litter and several cases of pop.

This cart is horrible. Very flimsy and not sturdy at all. The wheels broke while i was arriving home after grocery shopping a few months after purchase. I do not recommend. I paid $30 for this item. I rather pay more for a much better one. This one will not last.
Pay 40 bucks more and get a quality cart from some where else!

It’s useless! The front wheels are awful. I literally put a watermelon and a gallon carton of milk, the plastic part of the wheels were torn up, and it stopped moving forward. I’m so disappointed at myself for paying for such garbage.

Works great for what I needed- something on wheels that I can put groceries in to bring inside from the car, retrieve packages from the mail room, and take out the trash and recycling! I have chronic conditions that cause a lot of pain and inability to carry things and this cart has allowed me to continue doing these parts of life without assistance from others. It is lightweight, very quiet, fits a fair amount of stuff, and has successfully carried much greater weight than it's intended to carry successfully. Maneuvers a little too easily when empty or only carrying lightweight items (I've pushed it off the sidewalk if I'm not paying attention haha). The clip to keep it folded up and lock for the wheels makes it easy to store leaning up against my wall without taking up too much room. So glad I bought this! Note- if you're looking for something pretty darn sturdy, one of the >$50 cart options may be better for you.
