These are easily among the most comfortable dress shoes I've ever worn. They have memory foam (I think?) in the insole and it feels like standing on a little cloud sometimes. I am somewhere between a 12 and 13 and can usually wear either one pretty comfortably, but the 13 was too long and the 12 was a bit too tight, so I went with a 12W for the first time in my life and it fits perfectly.
