This is the best stuff. It has a good flavor and it’s very versatile. I use it in a lot of different recipes. It’s always fresh and easy to get out of the can. I’m not sure why they aren’t selling it in my area anymore but they definitely need to start back.

I really love this corn! I think it is the perfect addition to many meals but especially anything with a Tex-Mex flair! I love to add this corn to chicken or fish tacos or serve it on the side with other Mexican dishes.

So great to throw in with some chili in the instant pot. Also great for enchiladas, tacos, burritos, etc. Such a time saver from having to roast corn snd then slice it off the cob. Not to mention it’s an absolute steal. I keep my pantry stocked with canned corn as they can really pair with most meals.

I have mixed this with tuna and Mayo and they are great. However, my go to is to make an ESQUITE with this. I boil it, put in in a cup, mix it with mayonnaise , butter, chillo, cotija cheese and some lime and it is delicious! Definitely must try.
