I just want to say that i am someone who loves to cook and has been cooking since i was a child. I have over two decades of cooking under my belt. I'm also a huge foodie. With that said i think this cookbook would be good for someone who doesn't have time or cannot cook. It would also be fun for a kid to cook. The recipies are not healthy. If you are watching wihat you eat this is not a good book. I knew ithis would be an easy book when i looked at the recipies. I knew what i was getting. I also knew it would be fast food. Some days you need a break. I got this book because i thought it would be creative. Simple meals can be awsome, but this book is not that. It's simple yes. It's pretty basic. It has nice photos, but nothing really tasted that great so far. I have made 12 recipies so far. More than half were not good tasting at all. Others were normal. The only thing i would make again so far is the giggle juice coktail but i also changed the recipie and maybe that is why it was good.

Took a chance and bought both of the Delish cookbooks without ever looking through them. Worked out great! So many recipes I want to try, and the two we've already made have been a big hit. I can tell this will be a family favorite.

If I could give this ten out of five stars I would. This book is HIGH quality. It’s a huge textbook! And ALL of the recipes are delicious looking. The first day I got the book I had already baked two things! Cannot wait to try more! I am going to buy this for friends and family. CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS.
