Q: burt's bee's changing pad covers are 32(L) by 16(W) will this fit the changing pad? also if needed can you put a new changing pad in that is 31.5(L) by 16(W)?
A: Thank you for your question. Yes the that you are looking at sized 32" x 16" will fit, just a note that the pad should not exceed 1" in height for the safety of the child.

Q: Does it come with an actual changing pad? So all you have to do is get the cover?
A: Yes, it does come with a changing bad that is about 1/2 an inch thick and fits the entire surface of the changing table.
