A: Thank you for your inquiry! The Luna Nursery Glider Swivel Rocker Chair - requires a pair of scissors (to cut plastic zip ties, an allen wrench (supplied), a chair back, base and cushion. Once the chair back is in place, hardware is for the swivel mechanism.
