Received this as a gift. We've had it for probably 2 years and it's still standing, but it does not hold much and it's SUPER wobbly... even when you tighten everything down. It's also easy for my toddler to tip over when it's full of books...I would say it's meh.

I was setting it up for my daughter and it smelled like strong chemicals. We had to air it out in the garage for 3 days.

I would go with a book shelf. The fabric tears easily. This seems like it's meant to display books and not to store them. It doesn't hold a lot of books and did not last long.

The first one I got I had to return because it was damaged. It was relatively easy to assemble. But the pockets are quite deep so you can’t see all the books in there. Maybe that’s fine but my first impression wasn’t great with it. It comes with these cling on stickers (basically window clings) which my child enjoyed putting on.

Our kid loves it. We also find it is well put together. It took us only 15' to assemble. One of a few great Montessori furniture that we found online.

We’ve had this for 3 months now and it’s held up well so far.
Pros:
-It can fit a lot of books
-Very sturdy and our daughter used it to pull herself up
-Easy to put together
-Looks nice & easy to clean
Cons:
Basically only one, but it’s a fairly big one: it is great for big/tall books but not so much for “regular” sized books or small ones. The pockets are all about 10 inches deep so you can’t see any books peeking out unless they’re really tall. Your kids will have to go up to the bookshelf and shuffle through it to find the books they’re looking for.
Improvements: I wish that the pockets were of varying depths so that you could see all the books, and not just the tall ones. Also, the nylon fabric of the pockets has held up for 3 months, but I think a thicker fabric would be better.
Overall, I’d recommend it despite its flaw and I think it is worth the price.

Bookshelf was mailed with a large corner chipped and painted over. No wood pieces in the box indicating this happened during shipment. I could have bought cheaper brands like kidkraft or tots tutors but this one seemed like it was more sturdy and held to a higher value. I was wrong. Not worth the $35 in my opinion. super bummed.

We just made a few changes in my son's room and one of them was making a space for him to read and do activities.
I highly recommend this Delta Children Sling Book Bookshelf Rack for Kids, it does not take much space, it's super easy to assemble, good quality material, it comes in several colors and you can perfectly organize all books with enough space. The price is super afforable.

Love this book sling and the blue/grey colors go so well with my sons playeoom. It was super easy to put together, and I did it myself! it's actually pretty sturdy! My son loves it too, it's easy for him to get the books out and put them back. Its much better than a regular book shelf in my opinion! Would recommend!
