Misleading description and poor quality

I purchased this as it was a semi-affordable bassinet and we are first time parents on a budget. Upon putting this together, I found that this bassinet only includes 2 locking wheels, not 4 as stated in the description online. Additionally, the mattress pad had a VERY deep indent from the way it was packed with the other parts that would not go away. This indent makes it unsafe to use and customer service said they cannot replace either the wheels or the mattress pad. Due to this, I had to invest another $30 to buy a different mattress pad, meaning this purchase was not as affordable as I had hoped. I recommend purchasing a different bassinet from another company.

Bought this for my first grandchild. The parents loved it. Portable with the wheels. Kept it at the bedside when baby first came home. Music very calming. Could view baby through the mesh. Best part you can easily move it room to room without waking baby. Plenty of under bed storage for baby needs. Very sturdy and a great price.

Not the most sturdy bassinet but my baby loves the vibrating feature this one has - also is pretty small/lightweight which is nice for space saving and travel but baby will probably grow out of quick, however still a good bassinet for the price.

We ordered this bassinet for our room, the size looks perfect size to bring your newborn baby home . its light weight east to move to other rooms and love the storage too perfect for diapers and other things you would need. It was easy to assemble too. The price is reasonable too I love that it has a nightlight, nature sounds and vibrates to calm your baby. Easy to use

We were looking for a bassinet that wasn’t extremely bulky and found this one! We’ve used it in our master bedroom and baby has loved it. The wheels make it easy to move from one side to the other. We’re limited on space and love that is has the storage at the bottom. I use it to store extra blankets. Overall a great bassinet at a great price!
