My Demeyer 10" pan was a perfect frying tool for about 6 months. It gave steaks and chops a beautiful, appetizing tan. Then, to my disbelief, food began sticking to the surface. I am trying to see what to do, buy a new Demeyer and resign myself to buying a new one twice a year, or maybe there is a way to make it not stick again.

Needed to replace a high end non-stick pan that I’ve had for many years. Surprised at the difference between this and the old pan. Bottom of the pan Heats quicker and more evenly. Don’t know why pans do not come with lids though. I like cooking eggs w/very low heat and a lid to steam the top so I don’t have to flip them. Zwilling recommended a lid but it was not see through so I bought a different glass lid. The pan circumference was a little odd so I had to try a few before I found the right one.

Like the pan very much. The only negative is that it says not to sauté with olive oil in this pan because of olive oils low heat tolerance. Must use canola or avocado oil per the instructions that came with the pan.

Chicken cutlets cook amazingly. Love the non stick feature of the pan, and love Belgium made products.

We have the 8" and we added this 12" because we loved the first one so much. We thought about going with a cheaper pan, but the quality of this pan was so good that we had to get the same one again. Best Nonstick ever for Induction. We have used the 8" pan at least once a day for over 3 months and it is just like new.

Demeyere is my favorite cookware line and I have supplemented my pieces with a few of the nonstick pans. The titanium nonstick coating allows for healthy browning, frying and sauteing and is very durable.

This is the best non-stick frying pan in the market! Versatile! Cooking with this pan is effortless, excellent for frying, browning, and sauteing. Cooking is fun for its effortless flipping, turning and stirring food. This pot is PFOA-free and the PTFE non-stick coating is durable for its 5 layers of coating, safe for heavy metal kitchen tools, and extremely scratch-resistant. However, the keyword is “resistant” so, with enough force, anything can cause scratches. Therefore, wood and silicone kitchen tools are recommended. Its superior flat-base stays flat, it will not warp, hollow tube handle is stay-cool and easy to maneuver transitioning food to a plate. Highly recommended handwashing this saucepan preventing from the dishwasher's detergent abrasiveness and from any damage-causing from bumping into hard and pointy stuff during the wash. It is easy to clean; just soak with water and soap and use a sponge to remove food residue. Works on all stovetop including induction and oven safe!

A fantastic nonstick fry pan by Demeyere, this Italian made pan has a phenomenal nonstick component to the pan. The Duraglide nonstick releases food extremely well, so that you don’t ever have to worry about your food sticking to your pan. The cold forged aluminum body is built well and heats up really well; it has a nice thick base for maintaining the heat for even cooking throughout the pan. If you have an induction stovetop, this pan is awesome for use on that type of stove; the Trip1Induc technology helps your pans heat up much quicker, because who wants to wait around to start cooking, let this pan help you get to your cooking needs quicker with its heat retention capability.
