This nonstick is like no other. I have been using it for a few months already and it still works like the day I got it. However, I am careful not to use high heat. I like to protect my pans! But matter fact, this pan heats up so quick, you don't even need high heat.

I purchased the 8 inch at the outlet store. This was the BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY. it was beautifully nonstick for less then a week and now everything sticks to it. So disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just went to a Zwilling cooking class and we used this pan. I love it. Such a beautiful pan and loving the non stick. Food just seems to glide once inside. I don’t have to use any oil to prevent sticking. I absolutely love it. Looking forward to taking another class and learning more about their cookware

Love their products and I have multiple Demeyere pans. This style of the ceramic non stick is my first. Works beautifully but now the outside finish is coming off and it is impossible to get a refund or replacement outside the 30 day return window.
