Depend’s liner wicks wetness away from your skin to help keep you comfortable and dry. Comfort-Flex leak barriers on the pads also help provide protection. Each bladder leakage pad comes individually wrapped in a discreet, pocket-sized pouch for easy carrying and disposal. To use, peel off the paper strip and make sure the arrow faces up before placing within your underwear. Depend Guards for Men are one-size-fits-all and are unscented. For light bladder leaks like drips and dribbles, use Depend Incontinence Shields for Men. The sizing seemed accurate, and the fit was good. The side seams were very sturdy for a disposable product, with no tearing or other durability issues. Most importantly, they were absorbant, and he said there were no leaks while using these. Overall these were a great solution for an uncomfortable problem.

My only complaint is I wish they didn’t sound so much like a diaper, but they have absolutely no scent. They didn’t cause any irritation and I highly recommend them.

The Dry Shield lining neutralizes odors and helps him feel fresh. High performance elastic waistband helps keep them in place and they are true to size. These underwear are stretchy and we ended up using them mainly at night- for which they worked perfectly.
