Each bladder leakage pad comes individually wrapped in a discreet, pocket-sized pouch for easy carrying and disposal. To use, peel off the paper strip and make sure the arrow faces up before placing within your underwear. Depend Guards for Men are one-size-fits-all and are unscented. Both agreed the Depends Guards for Men work well for minor incontinence, but my neighbor wasn’t sure they’d work as well for “major leaks” or serious emergencies. They agreed the pads are absorbent and reliable for their needs because they are lightweight and fit well with brief underwear. My neighbor said he’d never try them with boxers for reasons any man should find obvious!! 🤣

He said it absorbs better than the budget brand. He did mention that it was a little more bulky but not overly noticeable. He said he does feel more confident going out with these guards without feeling worried about having a soak through issue.

They fit well and do not have a bulky feel. The guards are discreet and hardly noticeable. They also do a great job controlling odor and don’t allow you to smell like a Porta John.

They also absorbed any smell when saturated. They were also just the right size for my father who is average height and weight. I received these free from Influenster for my honest review!

My husband really was not interested in using these, but we could still use these for menstruation/ feminine hygiene, and for one of our dogs, Teddy, for potty training. I take Teddy outside for potty breaks during the day and use these pads fitted inside a baby onesie at night. I do the first and third snaps on the baby onesie, which creates a natural tail hole for him. Teddy often gets excited, waves his paws in the air like he just doesn't care, loses control of his bladder, and then pees everywhere. These discreet and comfortable Urinary Incontinence pads fit inside the underwear, absorb 25x their weight and neutralize odors with Dryshield. Strong adhesive keeps them from bunching up and sliding all over the place

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They fit snuggly into your underwear they only fit "tighty whities" or boxer briefs for them to fit they come individually wrapped paper for discreet usage the instructions are printed on there for easy use you get alot with 52 whichbis kind of a bargain I poured some water in and it held it pretty well Mai ly used these as guards for after I peed and sometimes there's urine left and it absorbed it which helped with any possible orders that might come from that I hardly re.smberwd they were there
