I've tried the men's night defense pull-ups and they are not for people who sleep on their sides i leak every night I wear them. I prefer the depend diapers with tabs since they have leak guards and padded wings. The pull-ups are great for daytime

Not comfortable because the size was too small. I used the size chart on the package to select for my husband. I bought the regular ones and also the Night Defense. The regular ones fit. The Night Defense were uncomfortably too small.

Hi Marlie! Our size chart is based on waist size for future reference. In Night Defense® Underwear for Men, the S/M is for 26-34 in, L is for 35-43 in, and XL is for 44-54 in (all in reference to the waist). I hope this helps for ordering next time!

The shape and fit shape are good. However—-NIGHTIME PRODUCT— We have been struggling to find the right one- meaning absorbency. Saying 25x is meaningless. How about stating ounces of urine as other brands do? DEFINITELY NOT ENOUGH ABSORBENCY. Also DEFINITELY NOT ENOUGH REAR COVERAGE - when you sleep urine seeps downward into the back and onto the bed. DEFINITELY not more than 4 hours of protection a night. You should have your CONSUMER PRODICTS DIVISION DO SOME COMPARISON TESTS WITH OTHER BRANDS- the best ones have fuller coverage back and front as well as thicker padding.

These were purchased for someone that requires this product, but doesn't want everyone to know it. Usually these are placed by target curbside shopper in a shopping bag, just like the rest of the order and delivered to car with discretion . This time, all 3 packages were brought out, tossed in the trolley without a bag, exposed to drizzling rain. Curbside was busy, so everyone saw what they were. Worse, because they weren't in a shopping bag, I had to makes 2 trips back to the car to drop them off to the person they were for, in full view of their neighbors. The person they were for was mortified and very upset. I realize Target is very "bag conscious", but descretion with sensitive items, like these, should outweigh a single shopping bag.

My father unfortunately has to wear adult diapers due to a surgery he had to remove some cancerous cells and this is the only brand that he will wear! He refuses to wear anything else so that should tell you something about this product

The first time bought them they was great no leaks lasted all night every night but the couple of time I noticed the quality was not as good the just need a more consistent product

I'm a caregiver for a man with Alzheimer's and who is incontinent. I hoped to get more than 3 hrs of sleep at a time during the night...no better than daytime Depends and leaked after only 3-4 hours. Did not meet my expectations. Still getting up 2x per night to change wet PJs etc. Don't waste your money.

I was under the impression that these were meant to hold the contents of one's bladder. In our experience, they did not absorb much at all. Leaked everywhere when used as we intended. I would NOT reccomend.

These are for my husband who has had Dementia for over 8 years, along with Parkinson’s disease, along with other medical problems, these are my favorite for him, as now they are 25% more absorbing than the ones he was wearing from Depend’s, he wears these 24/7, even though it says on the package, Night Defense, so hats off to Depend’s for making these better, and yes I would recommend them for any man who is having issues with bladder control .
