It doesn't have any kind of fragrence which is nice as a man. I also like that it doesn't feel oily after application. I highly recommend this product to anyone with any level of dry skin.

I like that it doesn't have a bad scent like other psoriasis products I've used in the past. I think that it takes time to see a difference, and I will continue to see how it works. It's still a good product!

It had kind of a cooling effect on my scalp (which is where I have psoriasis) and I noticed the sores wasn't getting bigger. My hair kind of felt greasy afterwards but it wasn't nothing extreme. Overall I like it.

This, like many others in the past that I have used, delivered for about 2-3 days and then just made things worse. I am not a giant fan, and I wouldn't particularly recommend this for others.

I like this better than creams because it had a nicer feeling on the skin and wasn't sticky or anything. I did notice a change in the appearance of my Psoriasis and it definitely felt and looked better after using it even for just a few days. I am very impressed and will continue to use.

He has had psoriasis for several years, and while most of it has responded to treatment, there is a nasty area on his left elbow that has been difficult to treat. He is happy to say that he is getting pretty good results from using this medicated gel. I guess this area has been difficult to treat because of its location to the elbow and the constant bending of his arm and the friction it causes. He has been using Dermarest for about 5 days and the redness has really faded. The difference can be seen in the attached pictures. The medicated gel also helps to relieve itchy, dry skin, as it contains a moisturizer. Dermarest is fragrance free and is recognized by the National Psoriasis Foundation.

Place is still scaly and itches like crazy. I will say that it hasn't gotten any worse, which is the only good part for me. Oh, and doesn't have a smell at all..another plus. It didn't work for me, but it could work well for others.

It doesn't give me that sticky feeling I get when using others and it is actually moisturising and very comfortable to use. It does have that slight burn/tingly feeling because of the salicylic acid but it is helping with the irritation and the inflammation.

I was skeptical as it seemed to just be like an aloe vera type ointment,but my hand after about 4-5 hours already looked better. The scaling definitely smoothed over and my lesions were no longer inflamed. I think this would be a great overnight product,but because it takes a while to dry I worry about daytime use.
