I bout my dog statue a little bit ago and I love it! Looks so cute. It’s light weight so I have it on my front porch and it greets me when I come home. Came quickly! Definitely recommend this company !

This is a very cute statue. However, was a little disappointed with the resin. This statue is very light, which makes it a poor option for outside. If you have the slightest amount of wind it is easily blown over, not to mention all the weather elments will easily erode the resin. Original bought to put in my garden, but had to change to an undercover porch area. So this is great if you have it inside or undercover, but not an ideal garden statue, because of the weight and fragility.

I figured this outdoor figure would be made of resin in order to ship it. However, it was disappointing to find out how thin the shell really is. Since this was to be a outdoor item, I had to weight it down, else it would blow away. So I drilled a 1.5 inch hole in the bottom so I could fill it with sand (nice if it came with that hole already there). When the drill bit broke thru the bottom, it slipped down and took a small chunk out of the dog's knee. I was able to patch the hole in the knee with bondo. But the little piece that got knocked off was very thin, less than a millimeter. If this resin does not have sufficient UV protection ingredients, then it might crumble prematurely. We' ll see.

This statue is so beautiful and is very detailed. LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!!!!! This statue is a Hungarian Vizsla. Very rear to find of this breed and I was so excited that my favorite store, Design Toscano carries it. I would highly recommend this to any animal lover or a Vizsla dog owner.! I have four Vizsla's and I purchased two.Will purchase two more in the future. The only thing I would like to see is an option for a larger size of this item/breed.
