Design Toscano Oak King Greenman Wall Sculpture

THIS GREENMAN IS A DELICIOUS GOLDEN BROWN! ONE OF THE BEST DESIGN TOSCANO PIECES I HAVE EVER BOUGHT! HIS DETAILED CARVING IS OUTSTANDING, IT’S THE 3 1/2-INCH DEPTH THAT MAKES HIM A REAL TREAT TO GLANCE AT! I HAVE HIM HUNG IN A VERY NOTICEABLE SPOT ON MY BALCONY/PATIO WALL, & HE GETS GREAT COMMENTS FROM JUST ABOUT EVERYONE! HE’S MYSTICAL FOR SURE! THE LOOK ON HIS FACE MAKES ME THINK HE’S EITHER HOULOUSINATING OR CONSTIPATED??? DOSEN’T MATTER TO ME, I THINK HE’S MAGNIFICENT! & HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM! IF YOUR HESITATING TO BUY HIM OR NOT? JUST ORDER ONE BEFORE HE’S SOLD-OUT!!! YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID!!!

The old design had no coloring and the photo is from weathering. But the new design is even better. I almost did not order since I want it for indoors so it will not weather on its own. But the new design is painted to look weathered.

I actually bought this awhile back, but I truly believe my garden sprung to life, when I hung this sculpture in the garden. Everything is so lush and green. I just purchased the Odin table for the very back. I hope Odin does what Greenman did for the front!

I love this King! this is my second, my last one got crushed when my trellis blew over in a storm, I thought I would never find another one, SO happy I found him here. the quality is great, it looks just like the photo, I Love him

My only complaint is in the finish---one-tone instead of varied or antiqued. I hung it over my upstairs hall door; adds interest to an otherwise boring space. "A little too new" in design. Expected a more sophisticated piece , but no regret in purchase..

He is well built and easy to hang He is so ugly that he is beautiful. A welcome addition to our garden.

Pretty cool oak greenman. Face is a bit silly and smerky, but it's OK. Not my favorite.

The detail is excellant and the quality is superb. Easy to hang and admire. Adds a bright and interesting touch to any decor.

I put it, along with a few other Toscano pieces on my garden shed wall. Love 'em!

The plaque is a beautiful addition to any wall, inside or outside.

The shape and design of this mask is terrific. however, The finish on this item was as if it had been dipped in a caramel coating. Sticky and shiny. It looked like it came for the cheapest plastic store in town. I ended up painting it with a matte terra cotta color paint and it now looks great. If you have the ability to paint it yourself, them go ahead and buy it. If you want to use straight out of the box, beware that it looks like the tackiest thing you can find.

This Greenman wall sculpture is of a good size, reasonably priced, and very dramatic and beautiful. So far at least, seems to be impervious to the elements, even though I have had it outside on a kiwi plant covered pergola where I live in the mountains of Hawaii for more than a year. People frequently say how attractive it is. This has been a focal point of my garden and I cannot imagine it without it.

This is a lovely greenman. He actually doesn't look this angry, and the subleties of the coloring are very nice. We love it!

The green man arrived as promised. One of the leaves had a broken tip exposing the hollow interior. The hanging location is somewhat protected so I kept the plaque. It looks great and I am quite pleased.

I have this outside on one of the trees in my forest and it looks GREAT!

My Oak Man is on my Oak Tree on the edge of the woods. He is the guardian of my woodland forest. He is very special.

This is my Second Oak Man. The first one did not have a good hole placement to hang him from my Oak Tree. The first fell and broke. #Two Oak Man hangs much better. He stays up year round after a spray of two coats of clear acrilic paint to protect his finish. He is a quite distinguished looking Oak Man to welcome people and creatures to our woodland home.

Design Toscano is the best site I have ever stumbled upon. I have purchased a fountain and many items for my garden (lots of Greenman art). But my all-time favorite holiday is Halloween and every year I add another wonderful scary decoration which my townspeople always comment on. They tell me they look forward to my displays.
