Excellent piece, exactly what we wanted. Good weight and a black and grey finish. Looks great spitting water out away from the house.

I love my dragons but they chip very easily. I have 2. They are both chipped at teeth and back. They should be able to be outside in all kinds of weather. Although my dragons are chipped, the customer service is great.

I bought 2 of these for a project my husband had just finished, he was so proud of the job and he loves these dragons. They add just the right touch to finish off the "look" we were going for. We havent had much rain yet so not sure how they will actually work, but regardless, they are fine and fierce looking creatures!!
Very cool!

I bought this for my nephew, who collects dragons. But he is running out of room in his house. This is perfect for him! Practical yet fun! I think he's really going to love this one. It fits in perfectly.

Solid piece really detailed nice looking. However as one other person mentioned it does not fit the downspouts.. Well it is designed for a 3" downspout which is not used in the US. Gary no clue where you designed this to be used but strongly suggest you re-craft this to be slightly larger to fit the downspouts. We got 4 wife likes em. So do I but just FYI on the downspout size.
intimidating and classic

i have a couple different ones, but this has the most detail. cool flared back, makes it look bigger. only downside is they dont make the opening large enough to really "fit" in the downspout. close, but not quite big enough.
Very charming dragon

I am very fond of "Ranier" the Sculptural Dragon. I re-named him "Spitzer" (because that's what he does). He's nicely cast, with a lot of detail, and seems like he's probably sturdy enough to hold up to some serious weather. Spitzer doesn't exactly fit the downspout on my house (different style, maybe?), but the fit is close enough, and I like looking out the window and seeing him there being fascinating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Ranier, the Sculptural Dragon Rainspout is an awesome dragon, well made and a very nice piece of artwork. I liked it so much that I bought two of them. I added a little color to them using some craft red paint that I used on the eyes and a few of the teeth to make them look more gruesome. The grounds beneath my down spouts are flat areas. I found that because the area is flat the down spout had to be position right up to the back opening of the dragon in order for the water to flow out properly. I like my Sculptural Dragon Rainspouts.
A really cool looking Dragon!!

Love the Dragon. It hasn't rained to where the water spews out its mouth yet, perhaps I'll have to simulate it with the hose, but nonetheless it's really cool looking. We've only had drizzles since receiving it. Fit our downspout with ease, had to bend the edges a little to fit snug, and it fits perfectly. The back of the head is wide open and you slide your drain into it for a tight fit and that's where you will customize it if needed to fit tight. Hope this helps!! I will be buying another one in the future ... Makes a great garden piece as well ;+)

Here in SoCal, the rain has been infrequent so far. But it looks like this likeable little creature will do a good job. We're having to make some adjustment to our gutter spouts to accommodate the correct angle, but nothing major.
Love It!

Have to get that water away from the foundations, one way or another... WHAT cooler way than dragons... really?! If you haven't read Anne McCaffrey and her Dragon Books... well - it should certainly be on your Bucket-List... (no questions - Dirk Pitt!) If you can't have a living, breathing dragon to vaporize unwanted side effects into somewhat "less" aromatic vapor, then check these out as the next best thing! They're surely scarey enough! My home sets on the top of a ridge and slopes down in back into a forested creek area. I am using two of these {Ranier} as functional Gargoyles set into a castle block wall with drain pipes running underground from my house gutters. The Ranier fits perfectly when set on a standard rectangular paving piece nestled between the 12" blocks and is visible from the house through the narrow pathway that cuts down through the wall from the house. The third Ranier I have set into my Garden wall beside the home as the drain for one of the front gutters. All three look good, are functional, and dress up the landscaping in a unique manner..
