Design Toscano Tree Spirit of Sleepy Hollow Wall Sculpture

Better quality than I was expecting, Came well packaged in styrofoam with no damage. It is very fragile. I think this item is worth the price, it has good detailing and I liked the color combination. On mine, the facial expression is outstanding with the teeth showing.

The “Tree Spirit of Sleepy Hollow Wall Sculpture” is a very detailed item. He/it looks really fine flying across the “sky” right over the door to the utility room. Also, he is extremely easy to mount since one only needs a small nail to do the job. I hung the sculpture in less than a minute. Also, I might add that my daughter really liked it and she is very hard to please. :)

I bought one of these to see if I would like it, I did, and bought 2 more to have a trio of 3 going across some oddly shaped cabinet facings. I took the screws hole inserts out of the back and put these up with 3M picture tape. Holds like iron and I can now remove them with no holes in the cabinet facings. My one criticism is one of these came broken. Since it was on the arm that's in the front of the piece, it was a rather difficult fix and I definitely have to be careful with it. In all the years I've shopped with Toscano, this is only the third piece I've ever had an issue with and two came this past year. These items were not damaged in shipping, they came from the factory like that. I think I'd have a word with "quality control" in those factories. I noticed that the first one I bought is heavier than the last two I just received. That might be one of the reasons it came in broken....Again, quality control. All in all I consider these wonderful pieces and issue in quite the conversation when visitors come over.

The tree spirit wall art piece looked great in the picture, but looks even better in person. The detail & colors are impressive. It was packaged in a fitted styrofoam box to ensure safety while shipping, and for the price it's a great value. Hanging on the wall was a breeze using the included mounting bracket already attached to the back of the piece. Very happy with the purchase. Had to get a second for a family member!

I love Goth, but prefer to suggest it in my decor rather than relying on the more obvious symbols; This is to say that I am not necessarily into dragons, gargoyles, skulls and tree men. This statue, however, was so clever and well done that I couldn't resist it. As I mentioned in my title, it's rather uniquely creepy. Additionally, the suggestion of motion and fluidity are unmistakeable and artfully designed. The Tree Spirit of Sleepy Hollow is a definite eye-catcher, and looks great on my wall!

I was given this product for Christmas by a friend who knows the type of decor I have; This piece fit in great with all of my other wall hangings and sconces. It is well made, beautifully crafted and easy to hang! I have recommended everyone I know to Design Toscano and I point out this piece to prove how much I love you!
