The stand is beautiful. My problem is that the shelves were all chipped and broken when I received it. Target made it right by sending another out to me, but the ends in those shelves were chipped, as well. I was able to face the chipped sides to the bottom, so they can’t be seen.

I was looking for a bookcase or tall TV stand which I could use for both books and my TV. The height was especially important and I was concerned with the weight capacity. The size was exactly what I needed and the TV stand is sturdy and it was very simple to put together. I was not sure how this item would fit in the bedroom but it's perfect.

I am very happy with my purchase. My TV is hung on the wall and because so any of the TV stands are low, it would have looked odd. You cannot make a mistake putting this unit together and it only takes one person. The only thing about it that is a joke is the "safety" apparatus they send. It is a small eyelet that you are supposed to anchor into the stud but is too short considering the drywall depth. Also the plastic/nylon wrap is so thin that if the unit is tipped away from the wall it would snap.

Worked out perfectly for me with a 48 inch no frills tv (probably lighter than many). A couple of plastic assembly parts did arrive cracked but the company promptly sent replacements after I emailed the address provided in the instructions. Taller height is perfect for bedroom in my opinion.

I have been searching for a tall t.v. stand forever. I wanted one that was easy to assemble, made of good quality wood and taller than most t.v. stands on the market. This is a larger version of one I had and the height is what got me. I have a 40 inch t.v. and I didn't want to have it overpower the stand. This one fit the bill on all marks. I an old lady with arthritis and this was a piece of cake to put together. I did it in 10 minutes. Doesn't take a rocket scientist just common sense. No tools needed. Just place the feet on the floor put the shelf on and screw the poles in. Bam done in a few minutes. This is very well made and easy. It is a bit wider than I wanted, but I love it and my t.v. looks proportionate. Great stand!

I put it together in 10 minutes and it's exactly what I needed for my bedroom TV. Already recommended it to my roommate and he has one now too. It's not super fancy, but for the price . . . It was a great buy.

This is exactly what we needed for our bedroom- something tall and narrow- and it was hard to find elsewhere, especially for this price. It was very easy to assemble, and is very sturdy. It looks modern and nice. The shelves have a wood grain look to them, which I couldn't tell from the picture- they are more matte, not glossy like they appeared to me in the picture. Very happy with the purchase!

No missing parts, was easy to assemble. Using a 40 inch tv on top and still has room on top shelf for flat design DVR and Roku 2. Plenty of room on other shelves. Instructions are right about not over tightening metal bars, because it can buckle the wood, as I saw during installation. Only caviat I have is it doesn't seem perfectly level, but that could of been user installation error :P. It uses plastic cup like feet, 4 of them, to keep the bottom shelf just above the floor. I also have a similar HighBoy TV stand in living room and that works nicely too.

It's a great piece. I keep my 40" TV on top, my Xbox One and Xbox 360 on the second row, a row of game boxes with bookends on the third row, and some LEGO creations on the bottom row. Easy assembly, pretty sturdy too. I'm satisfied.

This TV stand took all of ten minutes to set up! There are no tools required - it's just screwing poles in and stacking the shelves. Once complete it also looks really unique and modern. Love it!
