Q: Did anyone else have a problem opening it up enough to get the paper inside? When it arrived, the three hole punchers were like all the way down already so you can't fit even one piece of paper. Anyone know how to fix this?

submitted byACCO Brands - 3 years agoBrand expertA: Remove the center white safety clasp. I had a difficult time finding out how or what to unscrew or remove. It didn't come with instructions. Once I tried to remove the center white clasp it remove very easily. I am not mechanically inclined and I would say the removal is this center white safety clasp is very easy. Hope this helps.

A: Yes it does. It's white and is your standard rubber bottom. I hope this helps!

Q: Can this be used as a two hole punch?
A: Hi Krista, You could use only 2 holes when punching, but the punch heads are not movable. The spacing would be off from a traditional 2 hole punch. Hope this helps! Thanks! ACCO BRANDS

Q: Does yours make a clicking sound when pressing down on the bar to punch holes? My previous hole puncher did not make a clicking sound, so I want to see if mine is defective or if other people have noticed this sound as well.
